Return and exchange policy

Terms of exchange on the W Velvet website

1_ The return period is 3 days from receipt of the order

2_ The exchange period is 5 days from receipt of the order

3_ The cost of shipping the item and returning it will be borne by the customer

4_ The product must be in new, unused condition and free of perfume or other smells

5_ After receiving the item and ensuring its safety, the replacement will be sent or the amount will be returned to the customer

6_ There are no exchanges for corsets, pillows and accessories

"Return and Exchange Policy at W Velvet:

1. Return period: 3 days from the date of order receipt.

2. Exchange period: 5 days from the date of order receipt.

3. Shipping costs for returning and exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer.

4. The product must be in new, unused condition and free from perfume or other odors.

5. After receiving and verifying the item's condition, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be issued to the customer.

6. Shapewear, pillows, and accessories are non-exchangeable.”
