سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

شروط الاستبدال في موقع velvytluxe

1_ مدة الاسترجاع 3 ايام من استلام الطلب

3- يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حال الاستبدال والاسترجاع

4_ يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالة جديده غير مستخدم ‎و ان يخلو من روائح العطور وغيرها 

5_ بعد استلام السلعه والتأكد من سلامتها يتم ارسال البديل او ارجاع المبلغ للعميل

6_ لايوجد اسبتدال ولا استرجاع لمنتجات الكشمير و المخدات والاكسسوارات وشراشف الحرير

"Return and Exchange Policy at W Velvet:

1. Return period: 3 days from the date of order receipt.

3. Shipping costs for returning and exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer.

4. The product must be in new, unused condition and free from perfume or other odors.

5. After receiving and verifying the item's condition, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be issued to the customer.

6. Shapewear, pillows, and accessories are non-exchangeable."
